Ayurvedic Doula | Tantric Witch
Some aspects of human experience cannot be understood through information alone. Pregnancy, birth, early motherhood, emotional shifts, and the shaping of a child’s life ask to be felt through the body, through the nervous system, through lived experience.
This is where my work begins.
I am Andrea, a Doula and guide in embodied wellbeing, women’s health, and conscious transformation.
My path into this work began during my studies in Kolkata, where I immersed myself in Indian sciences: Tantra, Yoga, and Ayurveda. Within this field of study, my attention naturally moved toward pregnancy, birth, children’s health, and the long-term imprint these early experiences leave on a human life.
It was here that I began to understand birth not as a single moment, but as a threshold one that shapes how we relate to safety, connection, and to ourselves.
This understanding led me to deepen my path further. I trained as a doula in Portugal, choosing to step into birth not only through knowledge, but through direct, embodied support of women and families during this profound transition.
Wanting to explore the continuum beyond birth, I continued my studies in Montessori education, focusing on how the early environment shapes a child’s development, autonomy, and inner world.
Over time, I began to weave together my background in Ayurveda, Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, and somatic awareness into one integrated field of work that I now call Tantric Birth & Motherhood.
This work is often misunderstood.
Tantric birth is not about creating a perfect, painless, or purely intimate experience. It is not about performing an ideal version of birth.
It is about meeting yourself fully.
It is about making peace with your shadows, with the parts of you that contract, resist, or feel afraid. It is about creating a space where you are allowed to be in your full feminine expression without limiting yourself, without performing, without adapting to the expectations of others.
From this place, birth becomes something else entirely. Not controlled, but deeply embodied. Not idealized, but real, raw, and honest.
At the heart of my work is a simple understanding: transformation does not happen through information alone. It happens when the body is included, when the nervous system feels safe enough to reorganize, and when presence becomes possible again.
From here, women can move through pregnancy and motherhood with more steadiness, clarity, and connection to themselves. Children can grow in environments that support their natural regulation, expression, and curiosity. And families can find more coherence in everyday life.
In 2020, I founded the project Pequeno Alquimista, with a vision to create a space where children can learn through play, curiosity, and embodied experience honoring their natural intelligence from the very beginning.
Today, I hold spaces for women, mothers, and families who are moving through transition from pregnancy to birth, from identity shifts to the unfolding of motherhood itself.
This is not about becoming someone else.
It is about remembering what is already here in the body, beneath conditioning, pressure, and noise. I meet you there with presence, respect, and trust in your natural unfolding.
Templo Pequeno Alquimista is a living space born from intuition, embodied experience, and a deep devotion to supporting women through pregnancy, motherhood, and the early years of life with children so they can stay connected to themselves while everything is changing.
Since 2020, the project has grown from its roots in Portugal to Slovakia, evolving through every woman, child, and family it has supported along the way.
Rooted in Vedic wisdom and adapted for the modern nervous system, Templo blends Kundalini Yoga, Ayurveda, and Tantra into practices that support regulation, vitality, and embodied awareness. Here, women are guided back into trust in their bodies through breath, movement, and simple practices that meet real life, not an ideal version of it.
At the same time, Templo expands into family life througha travelling school for children that brings presence, creativity, and nervous system support into events and gatherings. Through Montessori-inspired exploration, neuro art for kids, Ayurveda-based tools, and embodied movement, children are supported to stay engaged, regulated, and naturally curious.
This allows mothers and families to be fully present without stress, fragmentation, or constant distraction while children are held in a space designed for their own rhythm and expression.
Templo is the result of years of practice, lived experience, and observation of what truly supports humans in transition. Its essence is simple: when women are supported in their bodies and children are given space to express themselves freely, life becomes more coherent, more grounded, and more alive from pregnancy to motherhood, from family life to inner balance.
